1. Purpose & Scope
Boundless Innovations provides you with pre-release access to the Boundless Dictations medical transcription platform solely for the purpose of evaluation, functional verification, and feedback collection prior to commercial release.
2. Confidentiality & Proprietary Rights
You agree that all software components, user interfaces, AI prompts, transcription models, documentation, and performance benchmarks constitute confidential and proprietary information of Boundless Innovations. You agree not to disclose, demonstrate, publish, reverse-engineer, or share access with unauthorized third parties without prior written consent.
3. Patient Data Privacy & Compliance
All clinical notes and voice recordings processed during beta evaluation must comply with applicable privacy laws, including the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). De-identification or simulated clinical scenarios are recommended where applicable during early phase testing.
4. Beta Tester Responsibilities & Feedback
As a beta tester, you agree to provide reasonable feedback regarding transcription accuracy, usability, workflow efficiency, and any software anomalies or bugs encountered during evaluation.
5. "As-Is" Service & Limitation of Liability
The beta software is provided "AS-IS" without warranties of any kind. Boundless Innovations makes no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or complete transcription accuracy. Practitioners remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all medical summaries and clinical documentation.
6. Term & Access Revocation
This agreement is effective upon verification and acceptance and continues throughout the beta trial period. Boundless Innovations reserves the right to modify features or revoke beta access at its sole discretion at any time.
